Tara is a National Training Consultant and former principal with more than 30 years in education, including 26 in school leadership. She brings deep expertise in research-based frameworks like the Boys Town Education Model, MTSS, PBIS, and RTI.

John Etzell

John Etzell

Executive Director, Boys Town Nevada

John is the Executive Director of Boys Town Nevada with over 25 years of non-profit leadership in education and social services. He and his wife served as Boys Town “Family Teachers” to more than 115 kids, and he founded two Colorado charter high schools.
